In this workshop we will merge knowledge from population genetics and molecular and evolutionary physiology in a multidisciplinary fashion and discuss possible approaches for a deeper understanding of mechanisms behind adaptation to thermal changes. The costs of participation in the workshop (fee and accommodation in Bia\u0142owie\u017ca) are covered by the European Science Foundation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Workshop will take place on June 29 \u2013 July 1, 2009.
