Although she works primarily in Białowieża Primeval Forest region, whenever she is in Wrocław she goes for walks and adds observations to iNaturalist in Mokrzański Forest and other nearby areas. Over the years, she has also been locally engaged – for example, by participating in a demonstration in support of the meadows around Mokrzański Forest and by giving a lecture at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences on citizen science. https://bip.um.wroc.pl/artykul/197/3044/nagrody-wroclawia
