We are very sorry to inform about the death of our colleague Dr. Andrzej Ruprecht on 2.07.2010. Dr. Ruprecht was an acknowledged specialist in systematics and morphology of mammals and for many years (1964-1990) a member of MRI’s staff. He educated many young scientists in identification of mammal species and left a considerable volume of scientific research. We would like to extend our deepest sympathies to Dr. Ruprecht’s family.
